Q & A Support Group

  • Ask questions. I will offer positive parenting tools for your specific challenges, and help you troubleshoot the strategies you are already working with. Other parents will help you brainstorm as well. 
  • Find connection. These groups are small - 3 to 5 participants - so you will get to know each other. You'll feel safe enough to vent about your struggles, and be amazed at how helpful it is to simply be seen and heard by compassionate others. You'll find comfort in seeing how they are also going through parenting challenges, and your own skills and confidence will grow as you offer them support on their journey.
  • Discover resources. We will not follow a curriculum or have homework assignments, but I will occasionally direct you to helpful readings and videos.
  • 6 Bi-Weekly or Monthly Sessions of 75, 90, or 105 minutes. The precise schedule will be determined by participants of each group.

​Cost - Total for six meetings is $280 per person assuming the guidelines below.
3 Participants: 75 minute sessions
4 Participants: 90 minute sessions
5 Participants: 105 minute sessions
